Visualizing the centers of New York City can nourish a centered frame of mind. These events are a practice to help calibrate for better clarity and manifesting ability. They also work to increase our understanding and love of place and all life that dwells in it. Join in-person or virtually on Zoom.

EVENTS IN CENTRAL PARK:
Central Park is the centerpiece of Manhattan. As America’s first landscaped park, it is a place meant to “refine and elevate people’s spirits.” – Park designer Calvert Vaux

This series of carefully curated guided visits will bring you through a series of landscapes that will help you visualize how in any season, a visit to Central Park is of great benefit to overall well-being. We’ll meet at one of the 20 named entrances and proceed together for approximately two hours when in-person, and one hour when in virtual space:

INTRODUCTION TO CENTRAL PARK’S USE, HISTORY, ECOLOGY & DESIGN

Explore Central Park and visualize how genius design resulted in the incredible popularity of America’s first landscaped public park. This two-hour guided visit will bring you to popular sights and hidden gems that will give you a fresh vision of a naturalism that renews the mind, body and soul, all while serving as an engine that drives true democracy forward.

ART, MEMORIALS AND HEALING

This visit explores the memorialization immediately visible around Ground Zero. The World Trade and Financial Centers, right next to one another, are like two giant eyes calling to our visual attention with a magnetism that will only increase as we move onwards never forgetting what happened on 9/11.
